| Description | • To be responsible for the smooth functioning of the warehousing. • To ensure adherence to Safety protocols and other procedures by Service Providers (Warehouse Management service provider, Logistics service provider and Sales Documentation service provider). • To provide information to various stakeholders (i.e. Planner, Conversion & Quality and Service Provider’s) on a periodic basis • To prepare Daily Dispatch Plan and ensure service provider adheres to it • To be responsible for maintenance of proper and records and documents (through ERP). • To be responsible for Physical Verification of Stores from time to time and reporting the same to the seniors. • To keep abreast of changes in provisions of Law and procedures and ensure that the same are applied to the function. • To appropriately cover Insurance for materials during transportation. • To coordinate with service provider for Domestic/Export Cargo GAFI/Customs procedure. • To be responsible for the Customer audits and ensure compliance of the procedures. • Interact with Conversion production and quality and Demand Planner towards smooth dispatches on time. • To ensure that all the check lists and protocols are followed strictly during dispatches. • To respond to the customer complaints and ensure their resolution. • To identify the near miss and report the incidences/accidents to the management. |
