| Description | 1. Focuses on the MS Infrastructure products and services. 4. Responsible to be updated with the required technical information to support the area of specialty. 5. Design Operation solutions that effectively leverage the technology products, programs and services. |
| Qualifications | • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering and other related degree. • Minimum 6 years in the computer fields. • MCSE Security • MCSE Messaging • Knowledge of the following is mandatory: Hyper-V, SCOM, SCCM. • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or 2008 is mandatory • Experience with Microsoft Cluster is mandatory • Web App architecture is mandatory • General applications operational skills (troubleshooting, scripting) is mandatory • CCNA certification is preferred. • Interpersonal organization. • Dedication, sense of ownership • Ability to work in teams • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Must be team oriented • Must have technical support experience via the phone and via direct customer facing • Must have systems support experience, preferably in a large production environment |
