Description
Network/Build Engineer is required to start immediately
We are looking for experienced Network/Build Engineer to join our team.
Our ideal candidate is required to possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and has a successful track record of troubleshooting complex network problems and delivering innovative solutions.
Excellent IP networking fundamentals and extensive experience in the application of IP protocols is also required.
You will be responsible for building our clients ISP WiMAX infrastructure platforms, so this is a good opportunity to work in WiMAX technology and build and IP network from base to top.
This is a 3-month contract role with extension possibility. The project is based in Kurdistan North of Iraq so willingness to travel will be required.

Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge and experience with major internet routing protocols; specifically BGP and OSPF is required.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with major Cisco router platforms; or Juniper MX platforms including all compatible supervisory and line cards for these platforms.
- Excellent network analysis fundamentals and robust troubleshooting skills.
- Configuring and troubleshooting traffic engineering using BGP and large scale network design and maintenance is critical.
- Candidates should also have had significant past experience with, and expertise in many of the following protocols & technologies: 802.2/3, 802.1d VLANs/STP, IPv4 & IPv6, TCP (internals & flow control), BGP, OSPF, HSRP/GLBP, LDP, TACACS, IPSEC & VPNs, netflow, DNS, HTTP.
- Strong Unix skills and the ability to script in Perl, shell, C or C++ is a desirable.
- Network Management: Cacti, Nagios
