• Follow-up Employees TO DO list and daily tasks • Updating staff and other parties for meetings and Visits & prepare Meeting Agenda • Check & Circulate MOM • Establish & Maintain Database for consulting projects & training Programs • Establish & Maintain Clients Database • Establish & Maintain Instructors Database • Mange leave requests Communication • Manage Customers Phone Calls • Manage Customers Database & emails through MS outlook • Arrange Meetings with clients • Contact Clients & promote our training services Secretarial Work • Write emails, reports & Memos by MS Word • Establish worksheets & Charts by MS excel Logistics Follow Up Manage stationery & Office supplies and files organization
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree (Preferable in Business Administration). Similar experience within management training companies is a must

Other Skills
Candidate must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word. MS Access skills preferred, although not required
