Description | Providing administrative and technical support to the OMD Department that will ensure the efficient flow of operations, in an effort to ensure HR Services delivered are of the highest standards, in line with the organizational operating policies and procedures; by performing the following duties: • Contribute and support the effective implementation of sound recruitment practices, policies, activities and administration. • Supporting the effective administration and implementation of the company’s policies and procedures in accordance with established departmental objectives Manage on-boarding procedures Support the OMD Manager, in developing recruitment strategies, planning campaigns, testing, interviewing, short listing, evaluating results and selecting candidates in conjunction with the company’s approved recruitment agents Co-ordinate the recruitment and selection of candidates process, Attraction + Selection + Retention – Candidate screening, offers of employment, new-hire procedures |
