| Description | This position is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the production activities required to produce the vast array of service developed within TE Data. The scope of the job is also on controlling production activities conformity with output and quality goals within the planned budget. |
| Qualifications | -To identify new services to be developed based on the approved marketing plan. -To assess technical and non-technical requirements necessary for product/service soft and commercial launch. -To lead functional design efforts for product release. -To approve launches of new products/services. -To approve commercial service descriptions for new services. -To design and validate solution in coordination with technology and provide IT with any enhancements to billing and customer care systems. -To coordinate with technology to develop service user manuals for sales and customer service teams -To develop / adjust product pricing and ensure regulatory approval -To work with product marketing to develop communication briefs -To manage service lifecycle from ideation stage through soft-launch, commercial launch and management -To monitor service performance and manage profitability & revenue of service -To analyze feedback on services and implement required service changes. |
