• Assist in executing the day-to-day operations of the foundation • Liaison with programs partner-institutions and other stakeholders • Process and maintain programs files • Maintain all program deadlines • Assist in developing and maintaining foundations documents/workflow including website • Follow-up on all program’s financial related data, maintaining records & ensuring obligations fulfillment • Participate in programs related meetings and committees when designated by director • Carry out related programs correspondence and follow-up • Organize any meeting/event logistics • Submitting weekly report on all activities
• Bachelor Degree • Two to three years work experience • Detail oriented • Multi-tasking • Takes initiative to get the job done • Excellent verbal and written skills • Fluent in both Arabic and English • Good user of all Microsoft office applications • Familiar with Internet search engines • Positive communication skills and attitude
