| Description | -Assists PM and CM in the preparation and evaluation of monthly interim certificates, company’s; subcontractors’, and suppliers’. -Measuring quantities related to approved drawings, documents and comparing with contracts’ -Assists PM and CM in preparing Monthly Progress-Costs Reports. -Collects information from Production Department and storekeeper for performing accurate cost and progress reports. -Assists PM and CM in evaluating and agreeing contract variation orders. -Assists PM and CM in contractual matters. -Prepares material schedule in coordination with the Planning engineer, the PM and the CM to be detailed and compatible with the contractual works schedule. -Controls and verifies all purchase orders, compare with invoices of received and accepted materials in coordination with QM, purchaser, and Storekeeper. -Controls and verifies time keeper work and records as par HO requirements -Measuring repair costs for defective/repeated/replaced/unused etc… works or materials in coordination with QM. |
| Qualifications | Graduate in Civil Engineer / Quantity Surveying, with a minimum of 6 years experience in Quantity Surveying at building construction projects of large contracting companies . Should be capable to take off quantities, prepare monthly payment, variations, cost control reports, etc.. independently. |
