| Description | •Systematic and exhaustive collection of regulations, reports and data concerning Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy and Electricity Systems in the country •Preparation of in-country missions of international project experts - Identify key persons who are stakeholders in the subject of the mission (from government, regulatory bodies, research institutions, supply companies etc.) - make appointments with these key persons for the core team - arrange the logistic support of the in-country missions - Participate in meetings as far as necessary •Contribute selected sections to technical reports •Review and comments on technical reports •Response to ongoing questions of clarification and elaboration of documentation •Assistance in the organisation and implementation of in-country seminars •Participation in selected regional meetings •Any other project support as requested by the team leaders |
| Qualifications | • University degree in Engineering, Economics or another related subject or comparable formation with extensive relevant experience • Minimum of 15 years of professional experience • Minimum of 5 year work experience in a senior position related to the energy sector • Proven knowledge of the current situation and the issues related to the use of renewable energy in the country • Previous relations with international cooperation projects preferably with EU financing • Full Computer literacy • Fluent English and Arabic (Fluent French in the three Maghreb countries - and English working knowledge) |
