Description
- Design the company’s operation sales and marketing policies and ensure its being implemented effectively.
- Know the general framework of Sales: how the electronics industry works and how it affects the zone.
- Translates business unit’s objectives and strategies to develop brands portfolio objectives, strategies and plans to facilitate business unit’s growth.
- Understands who the competitors are in the equipment industry and conducts competitive research regularly.
- Identifying new sales leads based on knowledge of establishment policy, and nature of market. - Ensures that presentation and cleanliness standards are met.
- Follow proper price tagging guidelines in relation to sales.
- Manage, train and motivate direct reporting staff according to company procedures, policy and employment law.
- Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, and protect and develop the company’s brands via suitable activities and intellectual property management.
- Plan and manage internal communications and awareness of corporate direction, mission, aims and activities.
- Participating in creating new product’s features, packaging and support based on customers’ feedback.
- Ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods, also answer customers’ inquiries, deal with complaints, and sometimes handle purchasing, budgeting, and accounting.
- Communicates effectively with customers, demonstrates good “people skills” and proper use of company process.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years’ experience in the field of office equipment’s (photo coping machine, printers and faxes …).
- Graduated from a reputable University.
- Ability to analyze the market. - Experience in the GCC better.
- Ability to develop the teamwork.

Other Skills
- Leadership skills are a must.
- Excellent in Microsoft applications.
