DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Tasks - Provide sales vision & leadership for Siemens Fire Solutions in the Abu Dhabi market through developing a complete understanding of Local buying influences, Geographic area, Customer requirements and Competitor activity - Development & implementation of sales strategies and tactical plans - Lead the implementation of the regional sales plan for Siemens Fire Solutions by Working closely with official Siemens distributors to increase market share, developing new markets and to improve gross margins by enhancing the divisional performance and Coordinating with Tech support, logistics and commercial teams to provide effective high quality solutions to meet customer objectives - Develop target account lists, account profiles & strategic sales plans in coordination with local Sales Head and Business Development Manager in HQ. - Participate in direct calls as required and give presentations to customers on the Siemens Fire portfolio - Maintain personal contact with major customers to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction. Directly responsible for achieving bookings, revenue, and gross margin objectives - Assist in annual sales budgeting process to develop comprehensive region sales plan including appropriate actions required to ensure achievement of divisions growth plans - Support the official Siemens distributors in Abu Dhabi to increase sales revenue
Education - University degree in Engineering Experience - Minimum 5 years of experience in the Fire Alarms Industry - Fire Solutions product knowledge (Siemens / Honeywell / Tyco / Johnson Controls or similar) - Knowledge of American Fire Systems (NFPA-72; NFPA-92A; NFPA-101; BS5839) - Excellent Sales, Business Development and Networking ability - 2 years of experience in a multi-cultural environment
