1.Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails; 2.Visiting potential customers to prospect for new business; 3.Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets; 4.Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales; 5.Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations; 6.reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets; 7.asking accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with offers; 8. feeding future buying trends back to employers. 9.meeting clients to discuss their advertising needs 10 negotiating with clients, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met 11.Managing the accounts budget and invoicing the client 12.Accompany clients to site for site visits 13.Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking. 14.Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold in order to determine its competitive market price. 15.Answer clients questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs. 16.Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters. 17.Review property listings, trade journals, and relevant literature, and attend conventions, seminars, and staff and association meetings in order to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets.
