1. Manage and maintain Chairman Schedule. 2. Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution. 3. Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email. 4. File and retrieve documents, records, and reports. 5. Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquires. 6. Prepare agendas and make arrangements for meetings. 7. Compile, transcribe,and distribute minutes for meetings. 8. Attend meetings in order to record minutes. 9. Answers the telephone; provides information; takes and relays messages and/or directs calls to appropriate personnel; returns calls as necessary. 10. Perform other related work as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in any field preferably in accounting field.

Accuracy, alertness, concentration, efficiency, attention to details, good communication skills, highly organized, self-motivated, problem solving skills and ability to plan and prioritize work, confidentiality, cooperation and Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as Windows, word processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentation software, e-mail,Internet, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures.
