Description	DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Mission: - Prepare a list of customers, perform customer visits, and support internal/external partners and customers Tasks: - Prepare a list of (existing & potential) customers and projects utilizing existing data-base and market intelligence that has potential of Process Automation Requirements - Perform customer visits as per approved visit-schedule to follow business opportunities along with other sales and product colleagues - Support internal and external partners for bid preparation, participation in technical meetings and follow-up - Provide pre-sales technical support to partners and customers by co-coordinating with other safety experts in HQ and other countries - Organize customer events like seminars, workshops by presenting and co-coordinating with other product promoters and BUs - Provide necessary sales and technical trainings to partners to update their knowledge in process safety systems - Ensure Quality Assurance by following QA processes to achieve proper and systematic documentation Capabilities: - Excellent Communication Skills - Excellent Leadership Skills Additional Information: - Additional training courses on Sales and Process Automation
Qualifications	Education: - Diploma/University Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or relevant Experience: - 4-5 years of experience in Process Automation technical sales - 2 years in configuring Process Automation Systems and preparation of BOQ - Preferably 1 year in leading a team of 1-2 members - Preferably 1 year in team work with different nationalities
