•Provide business analysis and project management support for supply chain initiatives •Plans, directs, and manages the central procurement activities. •Define department strategies, goals and objectives and ensure communication to management •Create and maintain mutually beneficial long-term partnerships with suppliers to foster feedback and continuous improvement. •Analysis and recommendations on cost effectiveness. •Negotiate and manage all contracts and agreements for assigned commodities. •Researches and evaluates commodity areas and makes recommendations for standardization and additions to qualified Products List. •Review vendor performance against KPI’s •Manages and controls warehouse on proper storage and distribution activities; •Maintains records, replenishes stock and plans for future requirements based on orders, production schedules and forecast. •Develop cross-functional teams to understand company-wide needs
Bachelor’s Degree in , Business Administration or specialized training or equivalent combination of education and experience Master is Plus.
