| Description | 1-All Procurement responsibilities, (Contracts, long deals for suppliers, local and foreign purchasing, approval for new technical specs, enhancing lead times & control the item lists with technical). 2-All ware house responsibilities, (Receiving process, issuing process, returned junk material process, control oracle transactions, dispatching to all sub warehouses with monitoring the required stock in each place). 3-Material planning responsibilities (studying and preparing the material planning for the inventory item lists, Issuing the purchase requests, following the deliveries, following the dispatches required from sub warehouse to others, controlling the inventory balance and trend, controlling the duplicated items & Monitoring the purchase orders quantities against the actual consumption). 4-Global Coordination between the 3 divisions (Procurement, Warehouse & Planning) in order to match with the company plans, policies and benefits for the following: a)Achieving Saving targets. b)Monitoring Costs with finance (materials, assets and equipment) c)Forcing payments terms to match with Cash flow. d)Controlling the inventory balance against budget. e)Controlling the dispatching transportation facilities and cost (Including all car rentals). |
