Collect user requirements to analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems at both the company and the external client sites. 2.Conduct user requirements analysis and translate it into implementable functional requirements using common notation technology. 3.Analyze, understand and support current systems, seek continuous improvement by recommending new and revised Systems functionalists and features. 4.Work closely with other members of the IT team to support and implement business solutions. 5.Define, Review and implement designs and documentation standards for analyzed business system’s needs. 6.Effectively analyze and document Change requests and performs impact analysis. 7.Prepare detailed flow charts and diagrams outlining systems capabilities and processes. 8.Bridge the gap among the customers, productions, and the development teams. 9.Maintain strong communication with the customer on all requirements-related aspects.
1.Bachelor degree in Computer Science, or any related discipline with 2 years of experience in the systems analysis field. 2.A previous Development experience in C#, .NET, Java, or ASP.NET for at least 3 years is a must. 3.Knowledge of Web based and Microsoft technologies ‘SQL Server, ORACLE, IIS, .NET, Visual Studio…etc.’ 4.Experience/understanding of business process re engineering, modeling, and business systems analysis. 5.Experience in producing business requirements documents & functional specifications. 6.Strong analytical and communication skills; with a reliable command of the English language. 7.Ability to translate complex concepts into simple terms, in an organized way. 8.Ability to plan and work towards more than one project deadline, with minimal supervision. 9.Experience in the System Development Life Cycle, Self-starter, fast learner, and results-oriented. 10.Must work well both independently and in a team environment
