Description	- Lead the staffing positions in the plant and ensure the staffing of the key positions in the assigned location - Maintain up-to-date HR reports and all related staffing communications and report on a weekly basis to Delta, Alex & Canal Operations HR Manager - Co-ordinate with Delta, Alex & Canal Operations HR Manager and Operations Capability Team the Technical training calendar - On-Time & accurate administration of HR initiatives and projects taking place - Develop on-boarding programs and ensuring quality and timely execution - Follow-up on the PMP execution & provide coaching when necessary - Support the execution of the Organization Health Survey action plans in the assigned location - Working closely with Plant Manager to Provide necessary support, coaching and assist in achieving business objectives - Develop the Succession planning and career aspiration for staff - Take full ownership of the values roll out initiatives
Qualifications	- 2 to 5 years of solid HR generalist experience - Previous experience in Plants and dealing with Front-liners and blue collars - Personnel experience is a plus - Analytical thinking skills - Strong Communication Skills
