Description | Provide technical support for company’s brands and products and communicate with the customers for further support if needed; - Handling all necessary field work (i.e. product installation, setup, troubleshooting). - Familiar with the electric lighting systems, industrial specifications wiring diagrams and circuit design a - Conducting technical and marketing presentations and demonstrations as required by sales team - Seek out competitor information, maintain knowledge of new developments in the market place and communicate information to the Sales team - Training, arranging and providing internal and external trainings, thus supporting the promotion of company’s solutions in the Market - Development and delivery of a training course on company’s brands and products |
Qualifications | - The successful candidate will hold a Degree/Diploma in electrical engineering with minimum 1-2 years technical and customer management experience preferably within Electric lighting Systems. . - Must have a total commitment to delivering customer service with first rate IT skills, problem solving and analytical skills. - Must also have the energy, confidence and determination to support market leading products and at the same time be a highly motivated and self-reliant team player. - It is essential to have excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic |
