| Description | •Upon receiving the original Tender documents, ensure the completeness of all documents and drawings required for the tender and advise the TEM of any missing items to be addressed to the Consultant. •Study all Tender Documents including whatever will be issued by the Consultant as Revisions , Circulars, Clarifications, Addendums etc. and update the original Tender Documents accordingly. •Find out any discrepancies or corrections required between the Tender Documents and what the Quantity Surveyor will find a discrepancies in drawings and discuss with the Estimator and advise TEM who will submit to the Consultant Request for Clarification. •Preparation of Inquiry packages to be sent to Subcontractors / Suppliers for relevant items of the project •Advise Subcontractor / Supplier of any revisions / addendums received. •Follow-up with the Subcontractors / Suppliers on inquiries & make sure they submit on the requested time, forward and maintain a Schedule of Inquiries showing status, periodically. •Help Estimator in checking the completeness & conformity to specifications of inquiries submitted by subcontractors. •Prepare queries / clarifications to be addressed to the Subcontractors •Check the arithmetic of the Take-off and Bill of Quantities before Tender submittal. •Be in charge of filling the selling rates in the BOQ with the help of the Quantity Surveyors. •Help the TEM in wrapping up of Tender Submittal. |
| Qualifications | Graduate in Civil Engineer / , with a minimum of 3 years experience in tendering at building construction projects of large contracting companies . Should be capable to take off quantities |
