Purpose: The selected job holder will provide accommodation support to AUC relocated faculty members and perform all tasks necessary to accomplish the objectives of the Housing Office. • Furnish the AUC apartments and carry out all the necessary arrangements and paperwork for upholstering, cleaning of furniture, and fumigation of apartments distributed in 4 districts (Maadi, Garden City, Zamalek, ElRehab). • Responsible to accommodate the AUC relocated faculty members upon their first arrival till their departure. • Preparing the purchasing orders of furniture and materials needed annually for the Housing Office use in AUC apartments • Following up the purchase orders with the vendors and Supply and Chain Management department. Following up and preparing the furniture inventory for the landlords’ furniture in the acquired apartments and delivering back the apartments to the landlords upon the end or termination of contracts.
• Bachelor’s degree. • 4-5 years of relevant working experience • High customer service capability • Strong interpersonal communication skills. • Flexibility in dealing with outside vendors. • Analytical, organization and problem solving skills • Creative, energetic and self driven • Strong time management skills • General computer knowledge such as (Word, Excel, Internet application and other Microsoft Office programs). • Excellent command of English and Arabic, written and spoken
