1. Provide personal administrative support to the Chairman and Cairo Branch Manager. 2. Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications and presentations. 3. Supervise support staff. 4. Maintains and controls confidential files. 5. Transcribes dictation from a dictating machine or types from notes or copy material that includes correspondence, reports, forms, and a variety of administrative reports. 6. All the office, paper & documentation tasks:  Accurate filing & categorizing  Responsible for the Couriers  Translating all kinds of correspondences from Arabic to English and vice versa  Forming correspondences to governmental and official authorities  Firm controlling of invoices  Preparing Newsletters  Preparing contracts on the Word  Respond to public inquiries  Negotiating with hotels to obtain the best prices  Hotel reservations for both Alexandria and Cairo’s Staff  Regulate the movements of samples  Tracking all the pending shipments.  Preparing & sending samples to domestic and international Customers. 7. Other duties as assigned.
1. Suitable Bachelor’s degree, a high school diploma or equivalent are preferable. 2. Must have minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar position. 3. Excellent command of the English language, Fluent written & spoken, other languages are preferable. 4. Excellent computer skills; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. 5. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills. 6. Excellent memory & organizational ability. 7. Well organized and capable of working with different departments. 8. The ability to communicate clearly & concisely, both orally & in writing. 9. Ability to work under pressure.

1-Salary: From 3000:4000 EGP. 2-Social Insurance.
