Description | *Provide all administrative service for the top management . *Schedule appointments, meetings and coordinate conferences. *Arranging and attending Board of Directors & General Assembly meetings and take minutes together with proposing agenda and preparing necessary documents (by using the power point). *Handling travel arrangements and hotels reservations. *Control the correspondences. *Ensure that filling systems are maintained and up to date. *Organizing the recruitment of new staff. *Supervises administrative support activities ( medical care, coordinated between several departments, administrative support workers, devise training programs,..…..). *Ensure personal files are up to date and secure. *Update staff leave schedule. *Handling all the services contracts, maintenance contracts and Company utilities. *Plan and manage procurement of all office supplies of stationary, supplies, equipment and furniture. |
