Description | 1. Supporting implementation of the division’s annual marketing strategies. 2. Develop new business growth strategies: • Increase number of clients • Add new areas of business training, • Establish annual database for clients and customers, • Conduct weekly sales calls within Greater Cairo and foster contacts with donor organizations, embassies, multinational corporations. 3. Prepare the annual program budget for approval by the division director, including both income and revenue projections. 4. Manage the program managers, program officers, program assistants and part time faculty to achieve the assigned goals. 5. Recruit, hire and orient qualified trainers in liaison with the division director and associate dean for instructional affairs, deal with trainers problems within the department in liaison with the division director as needed, interview potential instructors, prepare the necessary documents for the new faculty, review students evaluation of the program courses and faculty. 6. Guide the professional development of the programs administrators and instructors by giving regular workshops, attending professional conferences and arranging for outside speakers, attend staff meetings, faculty meetings and all divisional professional development programs. 7. Work on annual continuous improvement and development for new and existing programs. 8. Measure performance quarterly and conduct annual survey to measure clients satisfaction. |
