Description | JOB OVERVIEW Reporting to the CEO and the Country HR Manager you are principally responsible for providing personal assistance to the CEO and organizing all administrative activities that facilitate the smooth and efficient running of the office in a professional manner. Job description in detail: * Providing personal assistance to the CEO in particular and other managers of the company as needed. * Establish and maintain an effective filing system to ensure easy access to corporate documents when needed. * Ensure the office procedures of the department are always followed. * Responsible for Admin. Budget control (office supplies, uniform, transportation, staff accommodation, business travel, telephone {land line & Mobile}, Sundry expenses, stationery, courier, catering, printings & business cards). * Responsible for petty cash. * Organizing trips, hotel and air tickets booking and conferences and events. * Receive invoices and prepare payment requests for each invoice. * Provide general office support such as, but not limited to, photocopying, faxing, telephone answering, shipping and receiving of samples and general firm supplies, filing of documents, maintain a tidy and respectable office, purchase general office supplies, provide general assistance at events and tradeshows that we may be involved in. * Organizing and coordinating all administrative activities as required. |
