Description | 1- Training on and auditing of money-laundering procedures, and adherence by the Company to the Allianz, AGF and EISA regulations concerning money-laundering, together with the reporting of suspected cases. 2- Training on compliance and legal issues for all employees and the investigation of compliance issues for the Life + Non-Life Company regarding adherence to Business practices and Insurance regulations. 3- Addressing and handling complaints received through Head Office and EISA. 4- Communication and interaction with EISA as regards formal client complaints received through EISA. 5- Active participation in the recommendation of actions required to minimize and control the Life company early cancellations and the reporting to the Life Managing Director / Head of Life Operations on the results of the action taken. 6- Continuous review of market standards for compliance issues. |
Qualifications | - Analytical person. - Excellent overall knowledge of insurance. – Auditor or lawyer – Past experience in a multinational environment or high profile local organization. |
