| Description | • Develop the institute’s business plan in light with Management strategic objectives and AUC strategic goals. • Relay and clarify Management center strategic objectives to staff and ensure complete interacting and cooperation between institutes to achieve objectives. • Continuously monitor the positioning of current programs and ensure regular updates of content, methods and material along with ensuring that programs reflect the best common practices. • Cooperate with academics/professionals to develop new programs/products/curriculum to meet market needs in alignment with Management Center procedure. • Explore and pursue possibilities of alliances nationally and internationally in coordination with concerned units. • Conduct sales visits to key customers and authorities. • Develop pricing strategies of the institute’s to ensure yearly revenue and increase market share while maintaining customers’ satisfaction. • Ensure effective and efficient implementation of all academic, logistical and financial aspects all programs in compliance with the Management Center policies and procedures. • Produce timely reports reflecting the status of all programs highlighting the following: Sales performance verses quotas. Staff performance verses standard performance. • Adhere to AUC /MC quality standards. • Produce MC required documentation. |
| Qualifications | • University degree with minimum of 10 years experience in a business related field/training. • Postgraduate degree is Mandatory (PhD, MBA, HR Diploma, etc…). • IT Skills: Excellent MS Office specially PowerPoint and Internet Research. |
