1- Ensure that all financial statements are issued on a timely basis, and provided locally and to the Group accurately and according to the local legislation and the Allianz Group standards. 2- Supervise the development of accounting procedures and methods to ensure the availability of accurate and timely financial statements and reporting. 3- Supervise the department so as to ensure all units successfully meet or exceed the objectives and targets of the strategic plans as agreed with management. 4- Coach and ensure the motivation of department’s managers and provide them with technical and managerial support. 5- Supervise and follow up on the investment strategy of the company to maximize return according to the company’s strategy. 6- Closely monitor the company’s assets versus liability to ensure currency and tenor matching. 7- Closely monitor the company’s cash flow in order to ensure a healthy cash flow and identify potential problems and opportunities for better investments. 8- Coordinate with the company’s internal and external auditors as well as tax advisors to ensure compliance with the legal regulations and the Group’s standards. 9- Ensure an efficient succession plan that develops qualified second line management in each of the department units, namely, Accounting, Cash Management, Investment, and Reinsurance Non Life.
- Good education background with at least a university degree in Finance and/or Management, and/or CPA. - At least 5 years of work experience in the field of finance, with at least 4 years of experience in insurance finance. - Excellent knowledge of Allianz and AGF Group standards. - Good experience in investments management. - Good accounting background.
