| Description | Manage the whole sales cars fleet and drivers Set work schedule priorities to ensure maintenance and repairs are completed in a timely fashion. Make recommendations that would improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the garage operation. Generate detailed records and reports as required. Must have a strong sense of customer service. Analyze fleet maintenance requirements for the purpose of determining immediate and long term fleet maintenance needs to ensure that staff are safe Respond to emergency situations for the purpose of resolving immediate safety concerns. Determines vehicle condition by conducting inspections and diagnostic tests; identifying worn and damaged parts. Ensures equipment availability for use by scheduling/monitoring completion of preventive maintenance; installation of component(s) and part upgrades; verifying completion of winterization procedures. Verifies vehicle performance by conducting test drives; advising technicians of necessary adjustments to controls and systems. |
