| Description | Monitor the following production systems to ensure their availability to the end service user: 123 / Inter-Banking switch system. J Switch Interfaces. ATM Driving System. Credit & Debit Host Interfaces. Customs payment system. EBC / Vodafone Modules [IVR, Billing System, POS Channel, HSM & Base24]. Notify any hardware and software failure, malfunction or downtime to 123 banks’ helpdesk. Notify any ATM hardware and software to banks’ ATM supervisor that participate in the ATM driving service Maintain computer room security and physical environment Manage data center room security access log Answering enquiries from the bank officer or bank cardholder Maintain the debit & credit management system Verify batch jobs result and check systems performance Maintain logbooks or operating records that list each job run and events that occur during their shift. Define the currency exchange rates that provided by accounting team. Generate the 123 / Inter-Banking settlement reports such as: Central Bank of Egypt report 123 member bank Settlement report MasterCard Settlement reports Regional 123 / Co-network Settlement reports AMEX, DINERS Reports Perform daily backup process Prepare the 123 Inter bank switch availability report Maintain logbooks the ATM failure, malfunction or downtime Prepare & send the ATM failure, malfunction or downtime report to banks that participate in the ATM driving service |
