Description	The Human Resources Manager is in charge of all aspects of Human Resources functions including the following:  Developing and implementing Human Resources strategy  Establishing, recommending and coordinating the implementation of policies, rules and practices for carrying out the Human Resources programs which optimize employee performance and potential  Managing the recruitment process in accordance with policy ensuring recruitment is to high standards and within budget  Advising management on recruitment needs and developing recruitment strategies to ensure the Group has the talent for continued growth  Advising line managers on appropriate training and development to address the needs of the Group  Implementation of training and development of appropriate systems to ensure employees within the Group are skilled to the highest level  Maintain a good and current knowledge of employment legislation, governmental regulation and labor law compliance in order to advise the management of employment risk  Managing the Human Resources team  Dealing with and advising line managers on employee relations issues. Coordinating Human Resources activities with other departments and companies within the Group  Advising the management on market salaries ensuring knowledge is maintained through use of surveys  Establishing the ARTOC Group salary classification
Qualifications	- Bachelor of Business Administration - More than 15 years of experience
