Description | Manage, develop, and maintain the human resources department. Supervise the recruitment team to make sure that the Manpower plan is managed and implemented. Supervise implementing the performance management system , employee orientation, and employee relations. Responsible for developing the organizations culture, policies, procedures and regulations. Administer the organizational development process in addition to compensation and benefits programs. |
Qualifications | University graduate with minimum 9 years experience in the field of Human Resources (3 of which as HR Manager). Post graduate Studies in Human Resources Management (SPHR , MBA). |
