C&B Administration: 1.Annual Salary program Development 2.Accurate calculation of incentives/Bonus 3.Renew Life insurance plan 4.Compensation management tool administration prior to Salary review cycle 5.Final settlement calculation upon employee exit.... Payroll administration: 1.Prepare End of Service calculations and letters to all employees 2.Prepare Monthly payroll change letter as per the process 3.Coordinate International employee pay packages through outsourced vendor 4.Medical Claim calculation review and approval, data sheet preparation for upload to payroll system.... Recruitment support: 1.Employment fair participation & logistics 2.Contacts with Recruitment Agencies and posting Ads 3.Timely preparation of job offers 4.Posting announcements to the affiliate of new hires or employee exit 5.Coordinating entry & exit of outsourced employee with 3rd party 6.Initiate contract renewal process for employees.... Data Management: 1.Ensure data on HR system is accurate and updated 2.Preparation of files during Budget planning time 3.Ensure organization chart updated to reflect status quo 4.Timely On-boarding and off-boarding of employees.... HR Policies and Procedures: 1.Update HR policies 2.Ensure compliance with local labor law (e.g. regular contact with lawyer) 3.Enforce PM timely completion 4.Ensure registration of employees in social security and renew S2 twice per year.... Supervise Fleet coordinator & Receptionist
Previous experience in the same field is required. MBA is a plus

Excellent computer skills, good knowledge of SAP.
