Recruitment Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and Externally-Suggest proper medias for approaching the right caliber candidates. Follow up and coordinate with recruitment channels. Execute prescreening and/or final phone/face to face interviews for junior- Submit candidates offers and follow up on software until placing. Training Designs and coordinates training programs based on organizational and employee needs. -Conducts training courses. Interfaces with the internal and external clients on behalf of the organization. -Performs interviews and consultation surveys with management to analyze training needs. -Assists in compiling training manuals for specific topics. -Assists and encourages staff members in developmental growth through skill level assessments and programs. Develops training resources by preparing notes and visual displays in coordination with training needs and specific departmental needs. Compensation, Benefits collective agreements, benefit and compensation policies, personnel procedures and classification programs. Assist in preparing and maintaining personnel records and handbooks. Administer employee insurance, pension and savings plans, working with insurance brokers and plan carriers. Research employee benefit and health and safety practices and recommend changes or modifications to existing policies.
Bachelor degree from reputable university,HR Diploma or Certificate is a plus.
