Description	• Full Administration of Moodle (Open Source Learning Management System). • Analyze user needs and develop software solutions. • Design, develop, modify and test current applications aiming at optimizing operational efficiency. • Analyze and design databases. • Programming with .NET platform and SQL database. • Introduce new technology tracks. • Develop training handouts.
Qualifications	Education: B.Sc. degree in Computer Science or Information systems. Experience: • Minimum of 2 years of technical experience. Skills: • Excellent command of spoken and written Arabic and English. • Good knowledge of HTML • Good knowledge of Web-programming languages such as ASP, JSP, and ColdFusion. • Good knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript. • Very good knowledge of one or more of the following databases: MS Access, MySQL and SQL Server. • Programming skills in one or more of the following programming languages: Java, Visual Basic.NET, C, C++ and C#. • Capable of quickly learning and applying new technologies and software. • Good organizational and time management skills • Good communication skills • Ability to work and contribute in team projects. • Ability to conduct research in a chosen domain
