1.Full Responsibility of supporting Company’s Applications. 2.Ability to translate business requirements into application development alternatives 3.Provide first line of support for the customer. 4.Answer support questions. 5.Troubleshoot customer application software issues and follow through to completion. 6.Understand the issue reported by the customer, analyze and resolve, with a focus on route cause analysis to reduce recurring issues 7.Provide training to new support engineers. 8.Maintain high level of customer satisfaction and product quality. 9.Ability to Travel to Saudi Arabia on temporarily basis
1- SQL Knowledge is a must. 2- Macros Knowledge is a plus. 3- Good programming experience. 4- Good analytical and problem solving skills
Male
1 - 2 Years.
Good communication and Presentation Skills.
