| Description | 1.Communicate with line managers to assess their department training needs to ensure training impact on work proficiency. 2.Develop and design training plan on annual basis in coordination with training section head to define training requirements to be approved from management. 3.Contact several training providers to find their availability to implement training needed in an appropriate way. 4.Act as liaison between IMC and Training providers to facilitate training proposed. 5.Check quality of training venue, material, facilities and Instructors resume ensuring it is aligned with the quality standards of B.TECH. 6.Monitor training implementation process to ensure proper process efficiency. 7.Evaluate training programs conducted to ensure training effectiveness and obtain increasing of ROI. 8.Evaluate the trainees performance after going through training programs to ensure that the training achieved its target. 9.Audit on regular basis employees training files to ensure its completeness to be used as a reference for further more. 10.Develop, update and administer company library to enrich employees knowledge. 11.Conduct orientation programs for the newly hired to ensure their full awareness with company profile, vision, mission and strategy, policies and procedures and quality standards. 12.Design & Deliver soft skills and Technical courses in house to develop employees skills and competencies. |
| Qualifications | B.Sc of business administration or equivalent 2-3 years experience with relevant background TOT is a preferable, HR Certificate is optional Excellent Computer and Language skills with extensive knowledge in using Power point Very good communication and organization skills |
