•Act as the primary point of contact between the Client and the company, managing both client and company expectations. •Actively manage the relationship for opportunities to grow and expand business to maintain and grow the current Nett Revenue and Gross Revenue levels. •Executing analysis to identify weaknesses & areas for improvement in: o Operations performance o Client operations o Client/Agility interface. Following up with Operations & Client to ensure corrective measures identified are executed. •Working closely with Operations & QA to design and drive improvement initiatives and ensuring performance meets client standards. •Leading process improvement initiatives and projects. •Working with Client to meet planned storage / throughput / volume levels and reach or beat budgeted revenues. Working with client to explore areas of possible expansion in size/scope of business. •Coordinate all Wall-to-Wall physical counts closely with Client and Operations to ensure proper planning and smooth execution. •Works closely with Operations Departments to ensure services levels; contractual agreements and quality standards are understood and complied with.

•Minimum 8years of applicable and proven business development / sales experience specifically from a Third Party Logistics Service Provider that includes Warehousing, Transport and Freight Forwarding experience. •An industry background dealing with either Retail, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, Oil & Energy or Technology customers with an intimate understanding / working experience of ‘end to end’ supply chain & logistics solutions. •Bachelor degree in related field. •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. •Advanced proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
