| Qualifications | B.SC of Mechanical or Industrial Engineering; Formalized training in Lean and/or Six Sigma (Black Belt certification is highly required); Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 systems; Experience in using statistical computer packages (Minitab, SPSS, etc.); Minimum 4 years of experience, at least 2 of them in Lean Six Sigma improvement projects. |
