DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Goals/Mission - To provide support to internal Siemens staff on sales processes. Also to provide administration assistance as necessary Working Partners/Contacts - Internal: Siemens Qatar team and Corporate Departments - External: Customers; Freight Forwarders; External Corporate Departments Tasks - Receive and register local customer purchase orders, then pass on to Sales support team for further processing and booking - Act as first point of contact for customers – field phone calls, take messages as required and pass to relevant sales colleagues - Support local sales staff with their administration including travel arrangements, expense booking, and diary management - Support the commercial / finance team on SAP processes including customer / vendor creation export control - Manage the filing process to ensure all orders are processed in an accurate and timely manner - Act as first point of contact for local freight forwarders Capabilities - Must be able to work in a diverse multi-cultural environment - Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Additional Information - The role is based in Doha Qatar
Education - University degree in any discipline Experience - 3-5 years of experience in a similar role - Excellent skills with MS Office and MS Outlook - Experience with SAP (SPIRIDON)
