 Participate in making Marketing decisions cooperatively with Commercial Director through assessing promotional needs, as well as gathering relevant data and analyzing the results.  Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text.  Develop a research plan cooperatively with Commercial Director.  Analyze research results and offer Marketing Strategies.  Establish EBIC Marketing goals.  Collect, analyze and evaluate demographic and market data (e.g., competition prices, distribution channels, industry sales)  Seek data and provide information to help EBIC to determine market position among competitors.  Generate monthly reports that analyze internal and external market competition in the industry, using charts, graphs and explanatory text.  Collect and analyze data on EBIC demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.  Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data.  Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communication programs and strategies.  Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data.  Attend staff conferences to provide management with information and proposals concerning the promotion, distribution, design, and pricing of company products or services.
 Having At least 3 years of related experience in Market Research.  Must understand and communicate fluently in English  Familiar with advanced statistical analysis and research methodologies, along with common computer programs (such as PowerPoint, Word and Excel), e-mail techniques, Internet, and online survey tools.

 Excellent analytical skills.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills  Time management skills.  Critical thinking and problem solving skills.  Precise manner.  Knowledge of standard research methodologies, data analysis techniques and Marketing procedures.  Excellent reporting skills.  Attention to Details.  Independent, resourceful & dynamic.  Ability to handle multi-tasks.  3 to 5 years of experience in conducting research studies.
