Qualifications | At least five years of experience in similar position & organization within Pharmaceutical industry. Material Planning Manager should have knowledge & skill in production planning & scheduling techniques. Knowledge & skill in product package profile R&P material accessories specification & standardization. Have knowledge in workflow, production cycle, process and quality standards. Have knowledge & skill in standard minutes value. Have knowledge of company’s policies and procedures (purchasing – contracts- warehouse – pricing). Knowledge & skill in assess performance and develop efficiency & productivity. Have skills in resources assessment, allocation and utilization. Have knowledge & skill in TQM (process map – supplier & customer). Have knowledge in machinery requirement. Knowledge & skill in sales & production data collection & analysis with accounting background (P&L forecast- cost – profit) |
