*Manage employees life and medical insurance accounts provided by the Company to the employees. * Prepare the monthly payroll and submit it to the HR Manager for approval. * Calculate on monthly basis all payroll variables payments including overtime, commissions, and bonuses and update it to the payroll system. * Handle the salary transfer from the Company to the bank on monthly basis. * Update and compare the payroll system against the total HC “e.g leavers, new comers”. * Assist in designing a proper salary scheme based on the Job evaluation and grading structure of the company. * Create new employees accounts for medical insurance and life insurance for new hired employees.
* Bachelor Degree in Commerce * Min. 3 years Experience * Previous experience in manufacturing companies * Exposure to Payroll systems

* Ability to handle difficult people. * Ability to work under pressure
