Description | Personal Assistant for CEO. • Manage daily calendar and coordinate scheduled appointments. • Maintain updated filing system and database. • Prepare confidential correspondence and reports. • Work closely with Managers • Screen incoming calls and correspondence and respond independently when possible. • Prepare agenda, minutes and documentation for key events. |
Qualifications | Candidates should have superb interpersonal and problem solving skills; Competence with Microsoft Office software – particularly Outlook – is essential. • Preferably with Office IT troubleshooting skills • Capacity to deal in a high pressure work environment under time deliverables; • highly detail orientated. |
