| Description | Attending Kick-Off Meetings of draughting/As-Builting projects and discussing with client the different phases of the project.. - Studying draughting project’s scope and discussing with engineers for better technical understanding. - Checking the project’s general layouts, plot plans and general arrangements to clear any mismatch, if found, before converting to master. - Updating the general layouts, plot plans and general arrangements as per ADCO master drawing structure. - Checking piping layouts and elevations with piping general arrangements to clear any mismatch, if found, before converting to master. - Supervising draughtsmen and checking the other disciplines designers drawings prepares by draughtsmen as per client standards.. - Integrating all technical data in new project/site modification by updating the existing as-built Piping/Mechanical drawings such as General Arrangement Piping, Piping Layouts…etc. - Applying the Plant Modification Requisition/Notification forms (PMRFs. & PMNFs.) into related existing Piping/Mechanical master drawings & designing new master drawings for these modifications if required. - Site visit verification and data collection for the update/preparation of Piping/Mechanical drawings. - Preparing the Piping/Mechanical Engineering Schedules as per client standard templates such as Line Schedules, Equipment Schedules …etc. - Project coordinator and integration between drafting team, other disciplines designers and client. |
