1. Serve as first point of contact for phone callers and visitors, serving as resource person to provide information. 2. Assist in selling and promoting all programs. 3. Maintain inquiry logs, corporate data base and program execution log to generate monthly reports. 4. Execute logistical preparation for training, including registration of the trainees, reserving classrooms, ensuring food service and organizing technology needs. 5. Coordinate with trainers to prepare instructional materials. 6. Prepare all forms needed for schedules, payments of trainers and issuing certificates. 7. Handle customer’s complaints, written and verbal inquiries and report them to program manager.
B.A. preferably in Business Administration/Marketing.
Any
Business Administration
3 - 5 Years.
Communication/Interpersonal skills. Sales skills. Excellent computer skills.
