| Description | - Sets and monitors the execution of Project. - Defines communication channels between all parties. - Regulates standards and procedures to be adopted in the performance of the works. - Chairs progress, technical, and coordination meetings. - Reviews and approves Progress Reports before submitting it to the Client. - Participates in reviewing and assessing all claims submitted by the Contractor. - Liaises with the Client on matters relating to Contractor’s claims for extras and time extension. - Evaluates time and cost effects of all requested variation orders. - Checks Contractor’s correspondence on contractual issues. |
