Description	Interact with Lafarge customer from a quality point of view with or without the sales team, understood customer quality requirement, propose alternate solution if possible, Meeting with operations managers, sales managers in order to review past month performance from a quality point of view, production, customer satisfaction (rejection) and forcast requirement, Produce key indicator of quality performance for each quarry , to be Contact point for all customer complaint and/or rejection, ensure after sale service from a quality point of view, to be a Technical reference and support for the sales team
Qualifications	Ability to motivate and influence people. Organizing, planning, and problem-solving skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work as a part of a team. Good statistical and numerical ability
