Description | 1.To develop and implement short and long range sales and marketing plans 2.To achieve budgeted Africa sales. 3.To identify new markets and applications to assure volume growth. 4.Formulate marketing objectives, policies, sales organization structure, sales and marketing programs to achieve maximum sales and profit. 5.Review reports of sales data, related expenses, advertising and promotional expenses and analyze variances and initiate corrective action as required. 6.Develop sales forecasts for the business on a monthly rolling basis through analysis and interpretation of general economics, specific market trends, government legislation, sales data, etc. 7.Prepare operating budgets and maintain controls to assure compliance. 8.Appraise performance of subordinate managers and supervisors as to achievement of objectives and recommend salary adjustments. |
