1-Closely managing and monitoring the performance and progress in sales targets achievement, the quality of the portfolios and the persistence of policies. 2-Monitoring clients’ satisfaction and supporting the Sales team in developing sales opportunities. 3-Conducting sales visits for the purpose of developing sales opportunities and to coach the Sales team on effective sales and client management. 4-Exploring and developing business opportunities to achieve targets. 5-Ensuring the Sales team members have proper licenses. 6-Recruiting the needed calibers to achieve the set targets, in coordination with the PRT department. 7-Conducting regular performance appraisal of subordinates and providing them with performance feedback conducting regular performance appraisal of subordinates and providing them with performance feedback. 8- Presenting periodical reports and statistics to illustrate the Unit’s activity and results as needed.
- University degree. - Experience in sales and sales management.
